Verna Rydlund, ACC is a proven leader and master facilitator with extensive experience in organizational development, change management, talent management, executive coaching, career development, learning and development, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and intercultural intelligence.

She has served as a consultant and employee for numerous global organizations including EY (Ernst and Young), Princess Cruises, Driscoll’s Berries, Belmont University, and Disney to name a few. As both an external consultant and internal strategic advisor, Verna has spearheaded the development or overhauling of global leadership development, onboarding, performance assessment and succession planning programs and coached hundreds of leaders and team members to discover and lean into their strengths.
Verna has designed and facilitated scores of effective learning experiences, leadership programs and teaming interactions. She leverages technology and innovation to implement fresh solutions and brings passionate thought leadership and advocacy for creating inclusive, engaging working environments, whether in-person, hybrid or remote. Verna is adept at analyzing data and performance metrics to develop tools, solutions, and action planning to maximize performance and business outcomes.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and a Master’s Degree in Communication, with an emphasis on organizations, from the University of Memphis.
Outside of work, Verna loves spending time with her family, traveling, hiking, reading voraciously, serving in the community, enjoying her two Goldendoodles, and hosting friends.
