During his tenure with Blue Stone, Sean O’Shea has assisted Tribes in exploring the feasibility and the opportunities for business incubator programs with the goal of promoting innovation and entrepreneurship among Tribal communities.

Sean O’Shea has almost a decade of experience working in economic development as a program manager at the Fairbanks Economic Development Corporation, the program director at the Santa Fe Business Incubator, and founder of HatchForm an economic development focused consulting firm.

Sean serves on the Economic Development Advisory Committee for the city of Santa Fe, the International Economic Development Council’s Sustainability Committee, and New Mexico State University’s Adviser Network. Sean has worked throughout his career on strategic planning efforts for organizations engaged in economic development. Sean worked with Econsult Solutions, Inc. to create the strategic plan for the New Mexico Bioscience Authority and helped advise the North Central New Mexico Economic Development District on their CEDS planning effort in late 2019. Sean also worked with the City of Santa Fe on a strategic plan review and legislative priority update in early 2020 and worked with the community of Santa Rosa, NM to create their Economic Transformation Strategies for Santa Rosa MainStreet in 2018.
