As Tribal communities gradually start to rebound from the COVID-19 epidemic, now is the time to pause and take stock of your healthcare and public health systems. During this time of recovery, Tribes should prepare to take advantage of the unprecedented funding available to strengthen health, behavioral health, and substance abuse disorder treatment programs, before these opportunities pass by. Assessing your current systems and programs will help guide you to an awareness of which funding opportunities are a good fit for your community and how to bolster existing programs and services. 

To take advantage of the Federal Funding you must first assess your existing healthcare and public health operations. This includes looking at staffing patterns, competencies, revenue cycle management processes, IHS agreements, current service offerings and opportunities. From this assessment we will work with your team to create a three to five year strategic plan including potential funding opportunities. This plan is built upon your priorities with goals and objectives to get you where you want and need to be to meet the needs of your community. Our approach is meant to be value added not just during the process, but for years to come.
