Alicia Finley SPHR, SHRM-SCP, THRP, TMP Vice President of Blue Stone Strategy Partners
Alicia Finley, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, THRP, TMP brings 27 years of experience in the Human Resources and benefits field, including 17 years dedicated to serving Native and Alaskan Tribes. She also has 16 years of project management expertise and a strong track record of consulting with Tribal clients on a broad range of Human Resources challenges. Her areas of focus include compensation planning, benefits evaluation, succession and strategic planning, mentoring and leadership development, HR department and organizational assessments, performance evaluation systems, recruiting, employee relations, policy development, and technical compliance issues such as the Affordable Care Act and FLSA.
Finley is a certified Tribal Human Resources Professional (THRP) and Tribal Management Professional (TMP), a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the Human Resource Management Association of New Mexico, World at Work, and the National Native American HR Association (NNAHRA). She holds the SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from the Society for Human Resources Management and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute.
Finley is a nationally recognized speaker at NNAHRA, Native American Human Resources, RES, and NIGA, and has a deep love and passion for serving Tribal communities; it has become her focused practice area and she appreciates the opportunity to serve her clients in whatever capacity they need.
