Joe Griffith is an experienced strategy consultant and project manager with more than a decade advising firms and governments in the U.S. and abroad. Griffith has extensive expertise in strategic planning, performance management, operational efficiency, process improvement, data analytics and customer insights.

Most recently, Griffith was a Case Team Leader at Bain & Company in San Francisco, where he advised small and large technology companies, and in Dubai, where he brought his expertise to the energy and industrial sectors. While at Bain he worked on numerous strategic planning assigments, covering the full spectrum from high-level strategy development to detailed implementation planning and running program management offices. Prior to Bain, Griffith advised government clients in Abu Dhabi and Washington D.C. on strategic planning, resource management and operational and process improvements. He has also worked in Uganda, leading an operational assessment of a grain-processing facility and developing planning and process efficiency improvements. Throughout his consulting career, Griffith has worked closely with clients to develop strategy, lead organizational change and counsel and train client staff on new processes, tools and systems.

Griffith has a B.A. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
