Jessica VanSickle is a change and project management business consultant with more than ten years’ experience leading complex, cross-functional, multi-million-dollar projects for Fortune 500 companies.

Raised in Oklahoma, Jessica learned firsthand the critical role Tribal Nations have in communities and the importance of helping sovereign nations succeed. With a multi-faceted background and extensive experience, Jessica is passionate about helping people and companies in a number of ways including, Project Management, Learning and Development, Marketing, Business Strategy and Planning.

As a Senior Business Consultant, VanSickle has a broad range of responsibilities in all areas of Blue Stone’s business activities. She plays a pivotal part in delivering success for clients by providing expert consulting, managing critical projects, and mentoring our internal team members. She also assists with driving strategic growth, providing solutions, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within our organization and for the clients we serve.

VanSickle has a Master’s of International Business (MBA) with an emphasis in Organizational Development and Spanish from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Communications from the University of Oklahoma, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, and is a Certified Professional Business Coach (CPC) for Strategic Business Planning from the International Coaching Federation.

When Jessica is not helping clients or our company, she is either enjoying the outdoors with her husband and two dogs, coaching gymnastics, or learning something new.
