Jacquelyn Robinson

Assistant Healthcare Services Director

Jacquelyn Robinson is a finance and healthcare strategy professional with more than 20 years of experience supporting Native American communities through financial stewardship, economic development, and healthcare systems strengthening. She holds a degree in Finance from Northern Arizona University and is an enrolled member of the Hopi Tribe. Raised in Arizona, Jacquelyn maintains strong connections to Tribal communities across the region and throughout Indian Country.

In her role as Assistant Healthcare Services Director at Blue Stone Strategy Group, Jacquelyn supports Tribes in strengthening healthcare delivery systems by developing financial models, evaluating business and service-line opportunities, and advancing strategies that improve long-term health outcomes for Tribal citizens. Her work emphasizes clear financial governance, sustainability, and culturally informed decision-making that supports Tribal sovereignty.

Jacquelyn brings deep expertise in financial systems, grant compliance, and audit-ready reporting. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations bring clarity and structure to complex financial environments, reduce regulatory risk, and support informed leadership decision-making in engagements involving federal funding and oversight.

Grounded in lived experience and traditional knowledge, Jacquelyn approaches her work holistically. She was born on the Hopi Reservation and learned from her grandfather, a prominent village leader at Sipaulovi, developing a lifelong connection to land, community, and Indigenous ways of knowing. She has pursued doctoral-level studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine, reflecting her interest in traditional healing systems and their relevance to community health and well-being.

Outside of work, Jacquelyn enjoys spending time with her children, traveling, particularly to rural Tribal communities, and learning directly from the stories and ancestral ties that shape place and identity. She enjoys downhill skiing and volleyball and is most often found supporting her children at their sporting events.
