Subject Matter Expert

As a subject matter expert, Frank Scopetti Jr. has spent over 40 years in the construction industry with diverse experience from light commercial to heavy industrial projects. He has also spent over 25 years as an executive in charge a major projects including water and wastewater treatment plants, central energy plants, hospitals, laboratories, state and federal prisons, assisted living facilities and infrastructure/civil projects. He has an extensive background in mechanical installations and is adept in all facets of the construction process including design assist, estimating, scheduling, construction, and start-up and commissioning.
