We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Experts SME's:

• Knowledge of ARPA funding
• Excellent report development and presentation skills
• Operational assessment/evaluation
• Budget review, research, and analysis
• Ability to provide project-specific support with multiple Blue Stone projects and/or clients
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or another relevant field of study
• Significant experience and expertise in a Tribal government specifically, within Economic Development, Administration, Human Resources, Housing, Health Care, or similar department
