Subject Matter Expert

Andrea joins Blue Stone Strategy Partners as a Subject Matter Expert in Human Resources. She brings over ten years of experience in Human Resources, eight of which are specifically working with Tribes. Her background includes compensation, recruiting, performance management, payroll, and employee benefits, and she is currently a Compensation Analyst for Sandia National Laboratories, in Albuquerque, NM. An MBA graduate, Andrea draws from her diverse background in the property management and construction industries and has the expertise and ability to support all aspects of Human Resources consulting projects in this role.

Andrea is a member is the Society for Human Resource Management, Human Resources Management Association of New Mexico, and the National Native American HR Association (NNAHRA). Andrea received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Policy and Planning from Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico, and is a certified Tribal Human Resources Professional (THRP).
