Chalyse Mendoza is a compensation and HR consultant with over 15 years of experience helping organizations build fair, equitable compensation programs and strengthen their HR and payroll operations. Her practice pairs compensation consulting with deep operational experience across HR, benefits, payroll, and HRIS, allowing her to position compensation as part of a broader people strategy.

Her compensation work spans program design and administration, job architecture, market pricing, salary range management, incentive plan design, pay equity analysis, sales compensation, executive compensation, and annual compensation cycle leadership. 

She has worked across the nonprofit, small business, manufacturing, healthcare, technology, and property management sectors, serving on senior leadership teams and advising CEOs, CFOs, Chief People Officers, and boards. Her work ranges from supporting organizations building their first formal compensation structure to helping established employers modernize job architecture and pay practices.

Chalyse is known for her analytical rigor, attention to detail, collaborative nature, integrity, and the ability to translate complex HR and compensation strategy into actionable programs. She has been consistently sought out as a subject matter expert for compensation architecture, HRIS and payroll system implementations, and strategic HR planning. 

Chalyse holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Capella University.  She also maintains her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
