Damien Garcon is a PMO and Project Management professional who specializes in creating clarity and alignment within complex organizational structures. With a career spanning the MedTech, logistics, and consumer goods industries, Damien has developed a reputation for his ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders and ensure that strategic objectives are translated into operational reality.
Throughout his professional journey, Damien has focused on the intersection of process and people. While at Amazon in Luxembourg and Nestlé in Paris, he led initiatives that standardized workflows across international sites and supported the prioritization of large-scale product portfolios. Most recently, at BioMérieux, he played a key role in facilitating governance and communication cadences, ensuring that leadership had the visibility needed to drive project success and mitigate risks before they impacted delivery.
Damien’s approach is deeply informed by his international background and a commitment to service. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration & Management from EDHEC Business School, where he specialized in Marketing Intelligence and Innovation. A true multilingual professional, Damien is fluent in English, French, and Russian, with intermediate skills in Spanish, allowing him to navigate and lead in global environments with ease.
Beyond his corporate work, Damien is passionate about community impact. He previously served as the COO for the nonprofit Un Sourire pour un Avenir, where he managed logistics and fundraising to support children’s healthcare.
