Michael Costantini is an accomplished Project Manager at Blue Stone Strategy Partners, where he applies his extensive background in project management, team leadership, and strategic operations to support and advance tribal communities and organizations.

Hailing from Bucks County, PA, Costantini graduated from Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business with a focus in Marketing and International Business. His academic achievements laid the foundation for his professional journey, which includes a Marketing and Client Engagement role in Chicago working for Aramark before returning to the Philadelphia area to launch his own venture.

Inspired by his volunteer work with various nonprofit organizations, Costantini founded a business with programs designed to enhance job market accessibility for underserved communities. His time as a business leader not only facilitated significant community impact but also honed his skills in managing complex, multi-faceted projects across different sectors.

Costantini also serves on the Advisory Board for the Master’s of Science Digital Marketing Program at Temple University, contributing his expertise to shape the curriculum and guide future marketing professionals. His professional certifications include a Project Management Professional (PMP) credential, which underscores his ability to execute projects with precision and excellence.

When not leading projects, Costantini enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and contributing to local community initiatives.
