Blue Stone led a series of performance improvement initiatives for two travel center locations that resulted in an 80 percent increase – a nearly $2 million per month increase in top line revenue for our Tribal client. We also implemented an non-branded gas offering, and rationalized cigarette prices to increase bottom line profits 10 percent. We investigated and facilitated in bringing a national food franchise to bolster store food offerings.

Over the course of six months, our team worked with the store management to drive home complete store layout redesign, new staffing policy and vendor consolidation.
