Project Manager

Jennifer Lynne Moreschi is a resourceful Project Manager at Blue Stone Strategy Partners, where she leads multifaceted, cross-functional initiatives. Adept in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, she brings a results-driven approach to removing operational bottlenecks, optimizing resource allocation, and designing automated workflows that accelerate project delivery.

Based in Louisville, Kentucky, Moreschi holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership in Project Management for the Modern Workforce and a Certificate in Human Resource Leadership, both from the University of Louisville. She also earned an Associate of Science in Business Management from Sullivan University.

Her professional journey includes managing large portfolios of software integrations, directing client onboarding, customized SaaS lifecycles, and technical resource alignment. Moreschi’s background also includes creating critical operational improvements within higher education programs, including engineering automated compliance workflows for the University of Louisville and streamlining data systems to satisfy complex federal audits.

In addition to her professional work, Moreschi has lent her coordination skills to regional film festivals and construction projects. Outside of work, she uses her creative talents in narration and digital presentation design.
