This position requires a deep understanding of the unique healthcare challenges faced by client communities, coupled with strong leadership, strong clinic operations, and organizational analysis experience. The Healthcare Services Director will work closely with the BSSP leadership to optimize healthcare delivery systems, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall quality of care for our clients and communities served. The Director will also oversee public health services and programs for Tribal clients including, but not limited to, community health needs assessments, surveys, department organizational structures, public health accreditation support, and public health improvement plans.
