Michael Costantini is an accomplished Senior Project Manager at Blue Stone Strategy Partners, where he leads complex initiatives that support and strengthen Tribal communities. With deep expertise in project management, team leadership, and strategic operations, he brings a results-driven approach to every engagement.

Originally from Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Costantini earned his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business from Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business. He also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a globally recognized credential that reflects his commitment to delivering high-quality, impactful projects.

His professional journey includes a marketing and client engagement role with Aramark in Chicago, co-owning a business in Philadelphia, and managing a diverse portfolio of projects for Tribes across the country as part of his work with Blue Stone.

In addition to his professional work, Costantini volunteers with several nonprofit organizations and serves on the Advisory Board for the Master of Science in Digital Marketing Program at Temple University, where he helps shape curriculum and mentor students. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and staying active.
