Randy has a successful track record managing business affairs of physician practices, extensive contract negotiations with physicians/NP s/PA’s, staff, third party payers and hospitals and Senior level policy development and implementation of a diversified and progressive nature.  Demonstrated ability in cost containment. Business office involvement with reimbursement analysis, billing, credit, collection policies and procedures through statistical review. Current with compliance of Medicare fraud and abuse laws.

Randy also has in-depth knowledge of patient flow, positive interaction with support staff resulting in enhancing services while developing new services. As well as hands-on experience with data processing equipment and programs, successful implementation of AAAHC accreditation and involvement and negotiations in wage administration plans.
