As a proud member of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation, Amber earned a Master of Science degree in Project Management from the Department of Engineering at the University of Kansas. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management.

Amber has more than 17 years of experience working within Indian Country in Indian Gaming and Economic Development in various key sectors including accounting, auditing, payroll, employee benefits, tribal development, human resources, and construction project management.
